The big gribbly tentacle monster thing? I assumed it was a Rashaar but after seeing the book it doesn't seem to be in there.
My other thought was that it might be The Aberration (please say it is!) but it doesn't look much like the artwork for him.
If it's some kind of fan made model I'll be very upset, I WANT ONE NOW!

It's a custom job by Alberto Martinez, a proxy for the Aberration, but not the real thing (which looks a lot different in the illustarations in the book). My bet is that's a Dark Young of Shub-Niggurath (veeeelll... 'e looks like 'un!).

Problem might be that it may use bits of other miniatures, such as Ral Partha's Dark Young miniature, which it resembles (although it's far from identical and looks a heck of a lot better). Thus it's not original content and the caster might be sued for copyright violations unless a special agreement could be reached with all companies whose bits were used in making the mini.
