Hi, I was just putting an order in but when the checkout got to'shipping' there were no options and I couldn't proceed past 'shipping'. Just so you know....

Can you give me a rough indication of shipping costs to the UK please? Or even if we'd be just as well waiting for the UK to start selling it. A few of us are looking to order.

We know, and the shipping costs of the online store to the UK is what's stalling us at this moment (the ones we've been given are ridiculous). Distribution to the UK stores should begin in just a few days now, but that's beyond our personal control at this point.
We know that you guys are eager to get your hands on this, and we're very proud of that, and we're doing our best right now to get Carnevale in the UK a.s.a.p. We can't be thankful enough for your support. As soon as there is any updates, we'll communicate them through the Blog, Facebook and Twitter, so keep your eyes peeled for that.

Ow. 14.55 € shipping to Finland. Apparently the Spanish post is as ridiculous as the one in Finland. I assume that rate is for express signed-for deliveries? Is there an option to send as a small package (or a large letter) as unsigned, that would be cheaper?
Meanwhile, waiting for Maelstrom...

Take a look at the "e-minis" site as a Carnevale Stockist (Rulebook in English)

They only charge 16 euros for orders up to 150 euros to EU addresses (or 19 to European non EU)
I have used them a lot and always get very good service.
Certainly not Maelstrom, but with Battlefield Berlin probably the best International retailers around.

Robh, about your post, we can only explain, that we are a new company, and we are selling for one week. We don't have the same time and order volumen like companies as e-minis or other. there companies have better prices and rates. We know it, but we can only work for improve our prices, actually we are working with a few post companies and negotiate better prices, but it need time and more volumen. In fact, in some cases we have been assumed a cost part to reduce it.

No apologies, my post was not a criticism. Sorry if you read it that way, certainly not intended.
I was just pointing out to people who use the "non Spanish" part of this forum that there is a web based retailer carrying Carnevale who will ship internationally at good rates and whom I can recommend from previous experiences. The list of retailers published on the Spanish language part of the site does not show up when using the English section.

Hopefully in just a few days we will be able to add some UK based stores to our list. The product is being distributed there at this moment. I'm sure some of those stores will also be able to sell online, so keep your eyes peeled for that ;)
