How do I reply to a message, two buttons at top no labels, both allow me two type response but can see way to send.

Hmm.. tried to send a message to myself. That worked ok (the send-button is in the upper-right hand corner), but I didn't manage to reply to myself. Said that it needed a recipient.
Also, this forum software is horrible, but that's just my opinion - I'd suggest Simple Machines (www.simplemachines.org) as I've administered a SMF forum for a couple of years (the forum is still online, and the sports club it services is still active, but after I skipped town, the forum died down, still after 2 years it was very quick to administer updates). Yes, I'm biased, but I'd also suggest you to consider alternatives especially at this stage when this forum is still rather small.

If you log in to the site, go to the Forum page you will see at the top left a link to the messages section of the site (just underneath your avatar picture).
Go via that link and the messages you have will appear in the left hand panel of the page. The right hand will be blank.
Click on the message you want to read/reply to and it opens in the right hand panel. At the same time a "reply" button appears above the right hand panel. Click this and create your reply.
Like most of the navigation hotlinks on this stylesheet the text size setting is too small making the links very difficult for new users to find, (the "Submit" link here for example should be set up like the "Add File" Attachment link).
