First impressions, first questions

Hello

I confess I don’t own (yet) the whole rulebook (waiting for December and/or a pdf release ;) ) so maybe I’ll make comments that are already adressed in the book.
So... first impressions (other than "omg this game rocks, I want it, I need it !") and first questions :
- I really like the advanced movement and combat options but I miss some advanced mental actions (I hope that doesn't sound too arrogant, that was not my goal :o )
- No rule to detect hidden characters ? or have I miss them ?
- No "non mage scholar" character for the "human" (Guild and Nobles) band ? I confess I saw and read so many good stories about the "professor", "savant", etc in Chaos in Carpathia that I became fond of this kind of character.

Well... I guess that's all for now ..

Hi Njall, thanks for your comments (that don't come accross arrogant at all, no worries :) ).
The Guild have the Baba Yaga, who's able to cast spells, and the Patricians... well, they're very grounded to worry about those things :). And no, I don't think there's any way to "detect" hidden characters other than moving really close to them... this might be a pretty nice power for a gifted character though!
